Last year 60 individuals from our community stepped up to take the very first Frederick Wellness Challenge.  With a little hard work, some inspiration, and the right support and program the competitors from last year improved their health by an average of 22% in 12 weeks.  It's that time again. 

We are pleased to announce the launch of our Second Annual Frederick Wellness Challenge.  This is your opportunity to participate in the only Health and Wellness Competition that uses the most state of the art Wellness Assessment Technology and Program called, The Creating Wellness System.  This year we have more Challenges, more training times, and expected results that far exceed what we saw last year.  Don't allow yourself to be the one to sit on the sidelines while all your friends and family decide it's time to take control of their lives by taking control of their health.
